This website is owned and operated by SHIFT-Depression Pty Ltd and is maintained under the direction of Dr Helen Vidler, registered psychologist in Australia.

Copyright and intellectual property of all pages and materials on this site including the ideas, the grouping and ordering of questions on the SHIFT-Depression® Inventory, plus the Registered Trademark, is asserted by and resides with SHIFT-Depression Pty Ltd the owner, who exercises the exclusive right to their use and the right to obtain relief under the Australian Commonwealth Trademarks Act (1995) and the Copyright Act of (1968) if either copyright or trademark are infringed.

Any attempt at re-ordering the SHIFT-Depression® Inventory and presenting it in another form would constitute an infringement of copyright.
